Overall very nice! Convenient location for bus, food, and self-service laundry. Nice room over all but the show room was a bit rusty. Very friendly staff.

worst service I have seen, no respect for special requests. the room is very cold, the heater is not enogth. breakfast is in the room and very cheap. anything extra of the room is with fee, including: parking, check-in, towel service and more. overall the room is good but everything else not so good

We booked this on the day of staying because we lost our very early morning flight due to false information&endurance from the OTHER hotel. Spent 5 hours at the airport try to figure things out.. very upset and tiring. This hotel and the staff?owner? gave us a very good impression of Venice again after all the frustration from the other hotel. He tried his best for us to check in early which was sooo helpful, and he was very attentive and kind. Room is clean and spacious. Bed was huge and comfortable. Location is very good too near the great pizza place and mestre station. We wish they were available for our entire venice trip.
