Everything was great as far as location and amenities offered just would be nice if the capsule had a place to put your electronics. Like a shelf by the bed would be nice. It was kinda uncomfortable also and it was hot. They had the heat on so I was sweating all night and I had to buy a fan so I could sleep.

I was very satisfied with the hotel facilities considering the price. One drawback is the ventilation issue in the toilet and shower room.

I didn’t try their public bath. The space in a room is reasonable for a trunk and a backpack to fit in to use whatever your baggage have. To be aware of neighbors that may make noises while sleeping which is expected. I had a great experience with this hotel staff and no issues with communication!

The beds were excellent and a nice treat. Very comfortable. Rooms were quiet and had great screens to keep the light out. No spa or any amenities like that. Washrooms were busy and crowded.

It's connected to the same company's more upscale hotel called The Lively. They have a nice lounge and coworking space, even adding a pool table. The Millennials is on the 3rd floor, with no washer and dryer (need to go to The Lively on the 4th floor). Showers, washrooms and beds were extremely clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful when I lost my anti depressant medication at my previous hotel in Osaka (thanks Isabelle!). The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how HOT the main floor gets at night. It was difficult for me to sleep, and I often had to keep the privacy screen open so let in cooler air.
