I would give them ten stars out of five for everything. This hotel concept was very very well thought. Perfect designs and great amenities at the lowest rates possible. Free self-service welcome bars, public hot springs and organic breakfast are the best of the best. We love Super Hotel!

The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. They are very generous with providing free toiletries , free flow of soft drinks and coffee all day. Free dryer and washing only cost 200 yen with detergent provided . Location of hotel is excellent, close to restaurants, convenience stores and even a drugstore .

The front desk staff was nothing short of friendly, patient and helpful. The breakfast was included and they had a variety of options. Overall, we loved our stay at Super Hotel.

We booked hotel a last day of our 3 person 12 day Japan trip due to proximity to Shinagawa and price. Reasonable 3 block from train station. First impression was room was little bigger than capsule hotel with airplane bathroom, but was surprisingly efficient, clean and cozy. 7-11 nearly across the street and Matsunoya restaurant made for a nice late night meal. Area safe (police station on same block) and not as touristy. Picked up extra pillow from rack in lobby and had restful sleep with wife on bottom bed while teen son snoozed on bunk bed. Room darkening shade and comfy bed had us miss anticipated included breakfast and shower layout was surprisingly functional.
