Pros: - It felt very welcoming to stay in Sleepbox as staff will acknowledge your return with a smile and advise you to rest early (due to last-minute scheduling, I'd stayed for abt a week); provided useful information too. - Facilities are adequately clean and guests can borrow stuff like iron and ironing board or use the coin-operated washer/dryer - Biggest plus point is Sleepbox's location, a few minutes brisk walk from NTU Hospital (Red line) and Ximen (Blue and Green line), and travellers coming from Taoyuan Airport can alight at Beimen and take MRT to Ximen (1 stop) as it is easier to walk from Ximen than from Taipei main station area. Tip: certain airlines allow luggage check-in (minimally 3h ahead of flight) at Beimen station too. Cons: 1) Mosquitos which affected sleep as they are extremely itchy! Perhaps Sleepbox can consider using door sweep or a door draft stopper to seal up gap between door and floor. 2) Not-sound proof: snoring next door and inconsiderate guests who were chatting away or video-calling (can hear the caller too!) either past midnight or at 5.30am (different groups, different days) at lounge area. More signages needed

Nice place!

Cool place! Spacey/airy common room downstairs where we had our room, multiple toilets and showers (men and women separate), access to refridgerator and freezer, reception open between 9-24, some training/gym equipment free for use. Close to stores, food and metro!

You get what you paid. I changed the hotel.

Good value for location and private accommodation

我覺得床墊很舒服，但膠囊倉拉門可以更滑順一些，通氣性也可以設計得更好些，另外因為倉頂有些縫隙空間，會有些微光線滲入，因此習慣全暗的睡眠環境者，可能比較不適合，另外，隔音無法好，因有縫隙，因此可能會被鈴聲/打鼾聲吵醒。

Sofa is too soft cause me back pain

The doors on the "sleepbox" are spring loaded with only a chain lock to keep them closed. I had to pile my belongings against the door to try and keep it shut and keep it from banging at night. Horrible design. Cheap and flimsy. Also the box is not contained, so I could see the lights of the person below me under and next to my mattress. Half of the switches did nothing (i.e. fan switch/AC switch). It looks high tech in the photos but is cheap poor quality in reality. The bathrooms were mostly clean, but there was hair everywhere. Any and all extras in this hostel are charged (e.g. safe, locker, towel, etc.) I would never stay here again.

Second stay there after last year. Great as always!

It is a nice place to stay for a vacation, I highly recommend it and the rate is affordable
