The staff was welcoming and helpful with check-in and check-out. Our room had 4 twin beds and an extra half bath and was great for my family. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. More variety on vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free dishes would be wonderful. After registration with the staff, we went to a machine for our room and key card assignments. Unsure why we couldn’t do that with the staff, but we did it without difficulty. The hotel location is very convenient with lots of to see, do and eat close by.

The staff were helpful and nice, especially their assistance for reserving the taxi when I leave for airport. Breakfast quiet good for choice but expect there may have a slightly change on the menu within the week as I have experienced the same breakfast menu for those 6 days I stayed with this hotel. The room cleaning service were maintained well and refilled of the amenities were sufficient. The location is also very convenient to go everywhere. GOOD to recommend if anyone plans to Fukuoka.
