The breakfast menu was amazing no complaints there. My room was spacious only had a problem with the bathroom as the shower kept wetting the floor and the shower curtain didn’t help the situation. The staff was friendly although their English was minimal.

I would like to send a big "Thank You" to the doorman named Henry (Enrique). During my stay, Henry was very helpful. He suggested shopping center options, tips of where to obtain items, and overall pleasant person. As the first-impression of Monarch Plaza Hotel, I recommend that Management reward Henry with a pay increase, bonus, or other appropriate reward for representing your hotel very well.
