Our stay was extremely disappointing. We all ended up with bed bug bites after staying at this hotel, which completely ruined our trip. On top of that, clothing was taken from the closet during our stay, and when we reported it, the staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and rude. There were constant complaints from other guests at reception, which says a lot about the overall experience. The lobby and common areas felt chaotic and noisy, more like a busy train station than a hotel. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

What a great 4-star plus find! Great location, fantastic reception (Carolyn) and doorman (George) staff and very good rooms! Convenient lounge, bar, and store. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights and everyone was happy.

Other than the rude and unfriendly man who checked me in and out, the cleaning staff and othes were great! Alex at the bar was so friendly and helpful plus he made excellent drinks. The location is great! Very near.Central Park!

I loved the place. It was clean , big and nice bar lounge areas. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. A great location too if you want to watch shows or walk up to Central Park

They couldn’t honor our reservation and forced into a smaller room. The staff was very unaccommodating to the situation. We were even charged additional on top of our reservation for a lesser room, for amenities. The housekeeping staff was nice, but our room had terrible air-conditioning, the bathroom was moldy, and we found previous occupants contacts and contact cleaner in the bathroom drawers.

I really liked the room that we stayed in, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was a delay getting my room. I eventually received a upgrade to the sister hotel West House
