Great location! Near Times Square but not in an area that’s over crowded. It’s clean. A block away from Central Park and near a subway station so easy to get to. There’s a deli directly across the street I recommend!

Location is great for sure. Subway right outside the doors and you can take the E train all over the city. On our arrival, due to multiple canceled flights, our room was no longer available. We traveled for 24 hours straight and we're forced to take a king size bed for a family of 4. All we wanted to do was sleep and we crammed into one bed. We also were surprised to be charged an additional $300 in tourism fee which credited us $35 a day at restaurants in the hotel. Mind you, breakfast qas $47 a person. They did eventually get us a room with 2 beds as we had reserved online.

I had a great stay. The only thing that I can point out is that the people at the front desk should be very careful on how many times they charge people's card, especially when they didn't give authorization. But that situation was handled and the rest of the stay was amazing.

This was for a last-minute trip to see 2 Broadway shows and spend 4th of July in NYC. Staff and Hotel were amazing!
