We had a lovely stay. Rooms where comfortable, nice breakfast. Francesco was very helpful and attentive. View from our room was amazing, especially on evening with a thunderstorm.

Francesco was a great host. Every morning we had fresh croissants for breakfast, and he was quick on getting back to our inquiries via WhatsApp. Assisi is magical, and we hope to return soon.

The villa is very difficult to find. You definitely need a GPS. We had to call the owner and he very kindly met us so we could follow him to the villa. Would have been nice to have glasses in the room, and maybe coffee/tea. Breakfast was mediocre.

The location was in a quiet place close to the main town. The welcome and instructions were very helpful. We were provided with Espresso as soon as we arrived and the room had a view and a small terrace that was so peaceful. The rooms were spacious and breakfast was delicious!
