Horrible experience. Mattress was more like a piece of plywood. Absolutely no cush at all. Bathroom was so small that my legs hit the door when sitting on the toilet. Tokyo hotels are small, but APA Hotel has nothing like this. Slippers required an insole and smelled sweaty. This is the worst hotel I’ve experienced in Tokyo.

This was our first hotel on our first trip to Japan. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was simple and tasty. Also it was open very early which is helpful for tourists with early sleep schedules.
The Subway is a 5 minute walk, and along the way are plenty of places to eat.
The room was small but had everything we could ever need.
