Parking was complicated and we feel that the hotel should have communicated that in more detail before our stay, but it was all good once we worked it out. Parking is directly beneath the hotel in their underground parking (for a fee) or you can park in a parkade close by. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. They booked our tickets for the Banff Gondola for the next day, taking the weather into consideration. Told us where we could pick up the free bus - very clear & easy instructions. Our room was lovely, as was the hotel. No air conditioning, but 2 fans were provided in our room. It wasn't too hot during our stay, but we would not have booked here during the hot summer months. Views from our room were obscured, so could barely see the mountains. Breakfast was lovely, lots of hot & cold options. Would definitely stay here again, but not in summer.

Great location in Banff. Breakfast was great. The hotel gives out complimentary smores in the evening. They also had fresh bread when we checked in. Downside-very little parking. But the location makes up for this!

The centralized location, the property, and the staff was very good. The property was clean and well maintained. It is located in the heart of banff main market and has private parking for guest at reasonable price. I would recommend the place.

The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The location was perfect. The room was great. Room was a bit warm, but fans were provided without having to ask. Breakfast wasn't amazing (hot food items could be improved), but it was well run and very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay!

The Rooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties. Unfortunately no balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff gave great recommendations for local food spots, and were always helpful with directions. My room was spacious and clean. Overall a great experience!

Enjoyed our stay in this downtown located hotel, so only a short walk to main streets, bars, restaurants etc. Staff were friendly when checking in - and we also received a room upgrade which was appreciated! Had forgotten that a breakfast was included with our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the choice on offer. We added guaranteed parking to our stay which we were glad we did - as parking in Banff is manic! Hotel also has coin laundry which was useful - but needs better signage for people to collect their washing when done (it does say not to leave unattended - but this was ignored). There’s only two of each machine and it’s not fair to other guests who are trying to also use the machines but can’t because there is someone’s soggy washing left in it.

This property is right in town so it is convenient to walk to everything. Our room was beautiful! The lady at the front desk, sorry I didn’t get her name, was extremely helpful with everything. She told us where to get our lift tickets, where to catch the bus, how to get to the gardens. She was so sweet. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a great place to stay.
