One of the worst hotel I have ever come across in my entire life. No air-condition, no washroom or shower inside the room. It is a scary place. We paid $157 but we left 20 minutes after check-in. It is shocking this hotel is booked through expedia.

Do not expect much from this hotel. Super expensive for what it is: Dated, weird smell, questionable maintenance and cleanliness. Better pay a little more for a cleaner room to stay. And there are no free parking as advertised, just street parking which are already taken.

Propreté inadéquate — expérience insatisfaisante Lors de mon séjour, j’ai constaté plusieurs problèmes sérieux de propreté : draps tachés poussière accumulée dans la chambre salle de bain mal entretenue odeur persistante dès l’entrée L’état de la chambre ne correspondait pas aux standards minimaux d’hébergement. Le personnel était courtois, mais la propreté doit être une priorité absolue. Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Séjour très décevant dans la Room 206. À mon arrivée, la chambre était extrêmement sale : poussière partout, odeur désagréable, draps tachés et salle de bain clairement mal nettoyée. L’état de la Room 206 donnait l’impression qu’elle n’avait pas été entretenue depuis longtemps. Pour un établissement affiché sur Expedia, je m’attendais à un minimum de propreté, mais ce n’était absolument pas le cas. Le montant100 $ demandé à l’arrivée est totalement injustifié pour une chambre dans cet état. Je ne recommande pas Arena Palace Montréal.

The staffs were nice. The room was pretty useable not the best but for the price was okay. Was upgraded to better room for free.

Well located. Excellent staff. The place needs a face lift and deep cleaning but is so it wouldn't be a bargain price.

If you’re looking for a cheap place while visiting Montreal, just to crash the night. Otherwise quite dirty. Nice staff though.

Logement pas de toilette ni de douche . Pour un bon repos ces pas le coin qu’il faut . Ma conjointe était sidéré .

This place has to be shoot down immediately. Is disgusting no AC, so sleeping w the windows open is the only option plus the noise outside at night. You need to be in good shape to get to the 3er floor. Be prepared to escalate a wall. 😆, and when leaving the premises remember to hold the entry door otherwise you will be pushed out by that door and you might fall other 5 steps to get to the ground 😉. No parking, staff is not very welcome, some of them rude. But the location is amazing, very very downtown 👌.
