First of all the staff is very kind and helpful! The hotel room I and my daughter stayed in was clean, well-designed and cute room, very comfortable bed, nice bath products, well-located and very reasonably priced hotel. It has a charming old-fashioned vibe, a bit European. Loved it!

Beautiful little hotel with fun Victorian decor. Amazing staff. Location can’t be beat- it’s a quick walk to the Shibuya Scramble, but somehow very quiet! Great shower, too:)

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was nice to have coffee available in the lobby on Sunday morning when most area restaurants were still closed. AC in the room functioned well. Everything else was fine although it was difficult to use the remote bidet system on the toilet. In other hotels bidet systems are easier to operate.

The thing I enjoyed most about my stay was how helpful all the staff were. I had so much things they were pstientbwith me while I practiced Japanese and ised their vaccum to vaccum pack all my clothes. It was very helpful.
