Nice small modern hotel on a quite side street in an area with plenty of things to do and see. The room was small (but typical for Tokyo). The staff were nice and allowed us to store our bags after we checked out.

Good location in the edge of Asakusa. Close to shopping, 4 supermarkets and many convenience stores. Room is clean and service was acceptable. Amenities procided including tra and coffee. However room was small and cramped and toilet area is small. Beds were somehow moving with wheels that couldn't be locked? Good housekeeping options of just switching towels.

Solo stay

The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the housekeeper. It was in a good location and safe neighbourhood for solo travellers. Very close to Senso-Ji Temple and Don Quijote. There is also a nearby mall for shopping

The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The bathroom was very small. I had to put one leg out the door when using the toilet.

Clean rooms are compact but with a functional layout that made the room feel a bit larger than it really was. The bathroom was quite small, though this is expected for Tokyo hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Luggage forwarding is available at the front desk. Free coffee, tea and hot water in the lobby. My only issue was that the fridge in my room was not working, so I was told that I could have my food kept in a fridge in the lobby. This wasn’t convenient, so I ended up not taking that option. Location is steps away from a 24 h grocery store and nearby shopping. Paid self-serve laundry on site.

My parents had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ann Asakusa! The staff members were so nice and accommodating (I checked in late due to a late flight). There are so many items (slippers, coffee, umbrellas) in the hotel lobby that you can help yourself to. They also allow you to leave your luggage after you check out as long as it’s same-day pickup. Lastly, the location is absolutely perfect—we were in walking distance to several incredible restaurants, train/subway stations, and tourist attractions. Would highly recommend!

Solo stay

Very clean space and loved the area! Lots of restaurants and walking distance to multiple transit options. The staff helped me set up a luggage transfer to the next hotel as well. Super useful so I didnt have to walk around tokyo with my heavy baggage! Would return.

I would highly recommend Hotel Ann. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms are small but most rooms in Japan are. I was a solo traveler so the room was perfect for me! Used the laundry services onsite and they were easy to use and a necessity in Japan. The location was absolutely perfect! Asakusa was one of my favorite towns on my two week trip! It’s quiet at night yet so many restaurants and things to do close by! So glad I booked this hotel!
