Love this hotel! Everything was clean. Pool and waterside were great for kids and well-maintained!

We had some issues with our room as we tried to check in after the 3pm time and our room wasn’t ready. The staff were quick upgrade and switch us to a different room but when we unlocked it with our key cards it was clearly occupied. After the confusion we were assigned another room and had an enjoyable stay.
