Great room, great location. Parking a car was a bit of a drag since I had to park in an underground garage not on premise but other than that it was great! Parking is 3-5 minute walk from the hotel in a sister hotel

Really helpful staff, could not do enough to help and support our stay. Reassurance and guidance as given when we had to order a really early taxi to collect us for our flight home. They even provided a packed lunch/food for the journey as we would be far to early to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Complimentary tea and coffee provided all day, with the added bonus of waffles in the late afternoon too. Lovely personal touch. Strongly recommend this quiet downtown hotel. Would definitely book again if I was heading to Tromso.

We were transferred at late notice to sister hotel (Skansen) which didn't meet our expectations in terms of room size or quality. Location was also far less convenient. Staff at Skansen were, though, helpful and friendly. As we had booked three rooms, it wasn't appropriate to initially try and just move one room to the other hotel. We feel this could have been handled far better by the Company.

Wery good breakfast and in the center of Tromsø

Very adequate hotel right in the heart of Tromsø. Staff was professional and very helpful.

The staff was absolutely amazing, very helpful and super nice. A big thank you to the staff who worked breakfast during my stay on the 31\5 who fixed breakfast for me even though I had mistaken the time when it closed. You should take care of them super service minded and really helpful 10/10 from me

Amazing breakfast and access to local restaurants, cafes, saunas and waterfront!

The room is Spartan, to say the least but I knew that coming in. Bed is very comfortable and really all I wanted because don’t really want to spend much time sitting in a room! The staff is lovely and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Nothing was ever empty for more than a second and it was replaced.
