Staff were nice but I was not happy that the rooms were not clearly advertised as smoking rooms. All my stuff got smoke stench stuck on them and I had to endure the smell in there overnight.

Mas mababa sa karaniwan During the day until 9pm they rent by hours for boys and girls it is hygienically unsafe hotel for customers, because after long trip I arrived before 6pm I took rest around reception. The following day I changed the hotel with less price a very good hotel. Why i must hide the reality?

Mas mababa sa karaniwan ひどいホテルでした。一晩分の宿泊を予約していたのですが、夜遅くに到着し、チェックインのためにベルを鳴らすと、スタッフの女性が「チェックイン時間を伺うメールをお送りしましたが、ご返信がなかったので、その部屋は満室になりました」と言いました。しかし、私は数週間前に一晩分の宿泊料金を支払い、クレジットカードの請求も済んでおり、その部屋は翌朝11時まで私のものであるはずでした。
その結果、私は午前3時に路上に放り出され、携帯のバッテリーも切れ、結局、始発電車が来るまで駅で寝ることになりました。寒さで体調も崩しました。
それだけでもひどいのに、ホテルはせめて宿泊料金を返金すべきでしたが、それすらもありませんでした。
