The location was next to Rothko exhibit in Strozzi Palace. Not far from more heavily touristed area around Duomo. Very quiet street side room due to excellent sound proofed windows. Wonderful to have junior suite room with extra space. Alessandra was most welcoming and informative. Would definitely recommend.

The A/C was amazing and that is needed during a Heat Dome! The property has a great location, staff was great and room was excellent. I would book this property again.

The lady working here is nice... but rooms are on 5th floor and ELEVATOR BROKE trapping us upstairs first night! The shower was tiny leaked water... not lots of space but beautiful view. Gets stars mostly for the excellent location.

The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the designer shopping area and close to all the tourist attractions. The room was a very good size and we had a terrace which was well worth having to get the outside space for a drink or just to take in the location. The small kitchen area with mini bar and coffee machine was very useful. The only downside was our arrival when the lady on reception said we didn’t have a booking which we did so a slight moment of panic which could have been avoided. Overall I would thoroughly recommend.

Loved the location. We felt like we had our own private apartment along a beautiful street lined with designer shops! Staff was wonderful. Bed comfortable and the view! Oh the view we had from the Belvedere suite! The best place to stay in Florence!
