Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, but one experience left us very disappointed. There is a business located on the main floor (District 11, Shop&Snack) , and during a period of heavy rain, we politely expressed our concern about closing one of the doors and not letting us go out. Instead of addressing our concern professionally, the managers were extremely rude and dismissive. Their attitude was unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome and as the result we decided not to make any order with them ( we were about 9 people). Customer service and basic courtesy go a long way, especially when guests are simply raising a reasonable concern. I hope the hotel and the business work together to ensure visitors are treated with more respect in the future.
