Beautiful Hotel, Great Location however Club Floor is not your usual Club Floor experience if you are travelling on Business. No Snacks they do serve Canapes on arrival but there was nothing offered on subsequent days. Breakfast choice on 2nd Floor was great however the Staff are poorly trained/duplicating tasks/not performing/ordering drinks was chaotic and very hit and miss over 5 days. shame as the decor of the hotel was beautiful - just let down by the inexperience/lack of training for some of the staff who were customer facing

May House Saigon Hotel has everything a 5-star hotel has to offer:warm greetings, luxury room setting,spqocious,super clean. The king bed was so comfy. Shower vanity room has modern style design, visually stunning. Very quiet surroundings. Easy to reach major city hot spots. Truly amazing place to stay. Will come back next time.
