We had a lovely time, modern room and ammenities in this boutique hotel, breakfast was plentiful and the restaurant is pristine, as is the rest of the property, will totally recommend it!

Entrance was hidden a bit and that’s what added to its charm. Right next to some of the most delicious restaurants we have ever eaten at. Clean, beautiful, and a very friendly staff. Would stay here again!

The place is very well located in Cannaregio-a close walk from the train station and away (but not too much) from the hustle and bustle of Venice. The facilities are modern and have good taste. However, the standout is the staff. Every single person is extremely friendly and helpful. We felt welcome through our stay at all times. Would definitely come back and will definitely recommend.

The facilities were fantastic. Location was super convenient. Staff was beyond polite, personable, thoughtful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I would go back w me eyes closed.

Incredible budget-friendly hotel that did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and more importantly, very clean. The staff was attentive and courteous. Very close to major sites and very quiet on the property. I’d much rather stay here and save hundreds or thousands of euros than some of the bigger name brand places that don’t really provide extra value.
