Superb hotel. It has a lovely atmosphere. Really clean and nice furnishings. Breakfast great. Had a nice lounge area. Friendly staff. Definitely would stay again.

We always trust RACV hotels to be the best option when we travel. They’re always clean and modern. The restaurant was fantastic, the lobby area with the cascade bar attached is a welcoming and warm place to sit and have a drink.

Great view of Mt Wellington from the room. We’ve had a wonderful stay and it was really convenient to the pier and Salamanca market. Will come back again.

The customer satisfaction is the main priority of the hotel and the staff, by addressing all customers professionally, when they enter the hotel and trying the best to fulfill customer's needs. One regrettable incident occurred when the receptionist addressed the staff unprofessionally, in front of the customer, in which this case shouldn't happen.
