For the price, this is a good option. The carpets were a bit tired but it was otherwise very pleasant. The lifts were out of order when I was there which was a bit frustrating but it was communicated to me in plenty of time before my arrival so I could have changed by booking if it was going to be a big issue.

Wow- Hobart Waterfront Apartments was the prefect spot for us! Right at the dock, lots of eating choices and right by the visitor center - were our three tours left from. A/C was cold room was stocked nicely for meal prep, coffee and tea. Beds were great, linen was clean and the was laundry across the hall. Five stars all the way.

The room was comfortable and as described. Larger than a typical hotel room. It was clean and quiet. It match our expectations and budjet. I would recommend and would stay again.
