We rented a 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment and it was perfect for my husband and me for 7 days. The check-in process was so easy: we got a code and the apartment number a couple of days before our reservation in their app (which was really great), the code wasn't active until check-in time (3pm), and once 3pm hit, we were able to get into the building and the apartment itself with no issues. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Absolutely couldn't beat the location- it was close enough to walk everywhere but tucked away from the noise of the main shopping roads. There are also about 3-4 parking spots in the back of the building, which was a huge plus since we rented a car and all parking spots in the area require payment and have a 3-hour maximum. No electric chargers behind the building, but there is a parking deck a block down that has them if needed. One day we locked ourselves out of the apartment and called the 24/7 receptionist, and they were able to quickly and remotely get us back into the door. Look no further for a comfortable, convenient, and clean stay in Reykjavik...without the crazy hotel price.

We arrived very early and were fortunate that our apartment was ready. We really appreciated that we were allowed immediate entry, especially since my daughter was feeling unwell. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a fantastic location. A few mins walk from bus stops for tours, 15 mins walk from the bus terminal, central to restaurants, cafes, shops, harbour, supermarket etc. The WiFi cut out one evening and I emailed the company. It was late at night but they replied almost straightaway and seemed to genuinely care about our enjoyment, so were eager to assist. It transpired that it was not a fault within the apartment and service resumed on its own. This was a one off. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.
