I really appreciated the apartment feel of the room. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. I did not like that there was no lamp or some sort of lighting by the bed.

Pros: Really nice waiting area to hang out/have coffee or breakfast. Delicious coffee in the lobby I loved the Re Fa products in the room. Seriously the best blow dryer I’ve ever used in my life. The amenities offered were wonderful and made it so much easier to pack for this trip. Staff was very friendly Family mart next door Quiet location just minutes from the craziness of shibuya crossing. Laundry inside your room!!! Room was small, but that’s common in Japan. Pillows were uncomfortable If you like to be right in the action of shibuya crossing, this was about a 15 minute walk (which we didn’t mind).

Solo stay

Quite ideal, the location is what it’s all about. I was able to walk to and from the center of Shibuya extremely easily every day. The hotel is quite simple, for the price it’s quite a lot and the value for me wasn’t quite there, but again, some people will appreciate how close it is to the center of Shibuya. Still a great and easy stay, just pricier than I believe it should have been having stayed in many different hotels in Tokyo and Japan.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient, just a short walk from Shibuya Station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the room was a huge bonus and made our trip much more convenient. We were also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

I will come back and stay here. It is a 15 min walk to shibuya crossing. The staff is very nice and always helpful. There is a caffe downtown stairs (TenCups) and a convenience store. The location is great!

We had a great stay overall. The bathroom was out dated and tight. It smelled like mildew and urine. We kept the light and vent on all day in the bathroom so it was better. Having a washer and dryer in the room was so convenient.

Quite walkable from Shibuya Stream, which is almost adjacent to Shibuya Station. This makes the location ideal for getting to various places in Tokyo by subway. The hotel is chic, clean, modern, and staffed with friendliest & accommodating folks. Hotel lobby is inviting & the coffee brewing machine deserves a shout out! The hotel amenities are ample & good. Rooms are clean, with good bathrooms. This is one hotel I am seriously considering to book again on my future trip to Tokyo.
