The hotel is in an excellent place in Tokyo. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 star is that amenities are very old. Bathroom looks like 50 years old. Someone might like the old charm. Not me

Room and bathroom was very clean. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Location was decent. Next to Tokyo Tower, which has plenty of restaurants. Lawson’s is attached below the lobby. Very convenient.

My friends suitcase broke on our last day and the staff was so accommodating. They offered to help us find a new one and helped of disposed of the broken one. They were so kind and patient, despite us not speaking their main language. The shuttle service was so convenient as well. This staff is the only reason we made it home with all our belongings.

The view from our room was fantastic. The brunch menu offered a wide variety of food choices and the food was fresh. The shop downstairs offered drinks and snacks, and the cafe in the lobby was a nice place to relax and have a cup of tea. The bar lounge was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The luggage storage made later check-ins and later departure to the airports convenient. We were able to continue enjoying the area without having to drag luggage along until it was time to leave. We did not know about the laundry service. That would have been nice to know as we just disembarked off a two week cruise wita suitcase full of laundry needing to be washed.
