Staff speaks English well. They are very helpful in getting the information you need. Hotel location is well within the Taipei Main station which is a plus. I would stay there again.

All good. Clean and very close to amenities

Very accessible location (Exit 6 from Ximen metro station and entrance of hotel is right next to the clothing shop NEXT, which is a plus point). Reception staff was very friendly and promptly assisted when I asked for help with a last minute airport transfer to Taoyuan International Airport. The welcome snacks that greeted me when I entered the room was a nice touch! I probably only have two pet peeves: 1) There isn't a individual separate kettle in the guest room, kettles are placed in a common pantry on the floor for guests to take and use, which is convenient, but i'll prefer to have one in the room. 2) There's a small chair in the room, which is more for placing your bagpack and not really conducive for sitting/eating. Would be great if there was something provided like a proper chair or even in-room luggage rack to place the luggage! Tips for travellers incoming (please only book if you're comfortable) : 1) Very minimalistic - No toiletries (by regulation), no hand soap, no hotel slippers 2) There is no housekeeping service, they only provide change of used linen and emptying of trash (can leave the trashbins by the door) Overall, I did enjoy my stay - thank you very much!

Really enjoyed my stay. I traveled solo for leisure. Staff were kind & professional. Check in was very easy. Room & bathroom was nice. I liked the area I was in. I would definitely booked again if I come back to Taipei!

Great location that's an easy walk from Ximen station. Staff were lovely and helpful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately due to Taiwan's plumbing issues there was a strong sewerage smell coming from our bathroom, which was mostly mitigated by keeping the bathroom door closed and the AC on at all times. We got a room with a bathroom window, which was nice for natural light but certainly not anything you want to look out of.

Worth it. So convenient. Room is reasonably maintained. Would stay again

Room spotless. Courteous staff. Great location.
