We arrived later than expected due to train cancellations and delays. The receptionist very kindly stayed and waited for us (I had emailed them to let them know). The dining room seated and served us even though it was close to the time to close down. The food was delicious! Our room was beautiful and clean. Everything seems newly updated and very nice. The next morning the receptionist helped us understand the bus system so that we could go to take a ride to the Matterhorn. They kept our luggage for us while we enjoyed wandering the town. 10/10 would stay again. It’s a beautiful town and this is a stellar hotel.

The hotel is inside the village in the zermatt very conveniently located. The staff is very helpful but if you have a heavy luggage, it might be a little difficult by the doorway other than that it’s very good.
