The Hello Kitty room was expensive but worth it. Very clean and very comfortable room . The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was good too

Have stayed here perhaps 20 times on business. Used to stay at Keio Tama Centre but was becoming very tired and over run with tourists. Relatively expensive but you get what you pay for, professional staff speak English, decent breakfast, excellent Tepanyaki, and now the bar stays open until late.

Room was clean. Air conditioning didn't seem to work. Lowered the thermostat, but room didn't cool down so room was warmer at night that I would have liked for sleeping.
