The hotel staff were very welcoming and the hotel was quaint and beautiful. We loved the location since it was close to many sights and restaurants.

Great location, 2 minute walk to the Pantheon. Rooms were nonthing special but beds were very comfortable and room was clean. You wont spend much time in room since you will be exploring the city. Staff was friendly. I would recommend especially for the price.

This was a good hotel related to the location but had a few issues when we went downstairs to relax and asked for glasses we were told we could not have glasses because we had our on wine. We had just come from a 26 day cruise and were given several bottles of wine to enjoy with our friends. I think that was unexpected coming from the staff working that night. We enjoyed our 30 day vacation with friends. I have been in customer service for many years and to be that petty over 4 glasses in an upscale hotel is unbelievable. You have several areas to sit and enjoy a glass of wine why would you tell a customer you can not use 4 glasses. That was the worst customer friendly practice I have ever experienced also our refrigerator did not work on arrival the staff member cleaning rooms came in and said he fixed it later that night we returned and it had not been cooling. It was late so we waited until next day to call the front desk they sent the same man that was rude about the glasses he said he fixed it we left again for the day and came back to a broken refrigerator. That’s when we went downstairs and told the man at the desk our refrigerator still was not working he sent the same man up to our room. I asked was he able to fix it and very stern he told me it was fixed. When we got to the room he had moved it out of the cabinet and placed it under the window to a new outlet. We could not get to the window but the refrigerator worked. Overall we had a great time with friends.

It’s a very nice hotel but laid out a little strangely. To reach our room on the fourth floor we had to take two separate elevators. Not really a complaint but an observation. It’s in a great part of town has a really nice bar area and a really good complementary breakfast.

Room and hotel overall were very clean.
