Stayed one night here while traveling from Zurich to SFO. The room was nice and clean, size felt small but ok as we were able to keep two big checkin size and two carry on suitcases. Bed was nice and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and well organized. One minus is the commode space is pretty tight. Location is excellent and just a walk across the bridge from Zurich HB Station. Easy walk to the many restaurants. Breakfast is not included, it is available but costly. You can easily walk to nearby cafes. Overall enjoyed our day here.

The location of the Hotel is wonderful. It is centraly located to all major shopping and great restaurants. It is within walking distance to the Zurich Bahnhoff and also Old Town. The Hotel is clean and staff is wonderful, they are eager to help you.

The suite we had was a great size, it’d was very clean and up to date, staff was friendly and location was great. However, we had a canal facing room. The trams were soooo loud all night. The tubs were also ridiculous in size- so high to try and climb in. My husband is very tall and I’m short and we both struggled. It was very dangerous for our toddler given how small the whole bathroom was and trying to reach him. I don’t know how any person of advanced age could get in safely.

Whilst room was clean. & reasonably comfortable... BEWARE .. appreciative of an early check in approx noon - but after unpacking open the curtains huge construction literally 2 metres from window so worked out why we obtained it! -disappointing as obviously hotel was not full. without our knowledge an amount of 500chf was charged to our CC (Although full amount was paid on arrival!) & put 'on hold' only found out when checking out.. apparently an administrative error??!! said they would adjust it but not really good when u r travelling for weeks

The room has nice size and very clean. Overall we got quiet nights but occasionally we had noises, probably drugging chairs, from either neighbor room or upper room. Other than that, we had comfortable stay.

Hotel is located in Old Town Zurich right aross the river from the train station. Room was nice and staff was very helpful. The cost to stay there is high.

The location and rooms of this hotel are great! While Zürich is very expensive, we were pleased with the setup of the junior suite (could separate bed into two rooms) and it was a terrific location, close to train station, old town, and many sites. Everything was very walkable! Down side was the cost of a less than average hotel breakfast and the food options in the hotel. Thankfully, we could easily do without eating there. Outside drinks setup was nice, though!
