First let me say the hotel is very chic and very close to the Vatican. Breakfast was really good and Alessandro at the front desk was the nicest and very accommodating. Deducted 1 star as we were originally in room 418 the first night which is on the top floor. We arrived in Rome when they were experiencing a heat wave and despite the building having AC, the room would never drop below 29 degrees Celsius. After speaking to staff, they moved us to another room after the first night to the first floor which was so much cooler and was wonderful. So we finished out the last few nights in comfort and appreciation for the change.

The hotel was ok.. in a GREAT location. The staff were very helpful. We were assigned a room that you have to carry your luggage 1/2 flight… a tad daunting. AND we all had up-to-date COVID shots as required on the website but were never asked for proof of this. It was 90 degrees in Rome and our A/C in our room worked but never had the room at a cool temp. Overall it was fine.
