My family and I loved our stay here. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. The room was pretty spacious and super clean. We loved the lounge, except we didn't know about the no kids under the age of 12 after 7:30 pm. My daughter is 10 and very well behaved and has travelled extensively. This fact should have been told to us before we purchased, but we liked the lounge when we were actually allowed to use it. The access to the subway from inside the hotel was also really nice, especially when it was raining. We would definitely stay here again!

Location proximity to the trains was great (the hidden subway access to the trains from Basement level B2 was a bonus) as well as the plethora of toiletries in the room were great to have. We loved the breakfast buffet in the 'Enchante' restaurant.

Outstanding property. Everything was perfect. Five minute walk to major train station and numerous subways. A Lawson is a two minute walk. Amazing lounge upstairs with great food and drinks. Front desk is extremely helpful and pleasant. Carpet in room was a bit older - other than that everything was great.

Staff were really lovely- always there to greet you and extremely helpful. The hotel is a little dated and it’s near the train line which is great during the day as it’s literally a 90m walk to Shinbashi train station. You can hear the trains at night but we were all so tired we still slept through. The rooms were always clean and towels replaced with toiletries available. If you’re looking for convenience then this is the hotel for you!

This has been my favorite hotel I've ever been to - I miss it dearly. I had an excellent view of Tokyo tower from my room. This hotel was so convenient to the train, restaurants, and shopping! The room is spacious, clean, and the bathroom made me feel like I was staying somewhere truly fancy. The staff is so accommodating and kind - I miss one of the evening greeters I saw each night. I hope to return to Tokyo some day and when I do, I will definitely be staying here!! Exceptional stay!
