Shower drain wasn't draining, standing in 2 inches ofnwater while showering. Shower head was gross and rusty and spraying water in 8 different directions.

Clogged toilet Broken ventilation fan - hanging on one side (hazard) Shower area- water accumulating to one side, not properly sloped. Thou the morning staffs were helpful with the issues.

We flew in late and arrived at the hotel late as well. We needed rest before driving home and the hotel was just fine for that!

Security deposit was extra … was not mentioned until checkin…. Sometimes diner staff attitudes were not that great I even apologized for my getting and paying for breakfast without a voucher and told the girl at the desk in the restaurant I was sorry for the inconvenience ….the air conditioning unit was not working in my room …. The room temperature said 27.5 and when I turned the unit on for air it just about froze me out… my travelling from now on will not be at a Holiday Inn
