I understand why this hotel has the received top ratings. My room was large, very clean and soundproof. They provide you with robes and slippers. I love how they also give you 2 vanity kits and provide hand soap, shower gel and hair conditioner. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal. The only criticism I have is that the view out of my room was not very nice but again I did not sit outside since it was too hot. I would recommend replacing the outdoor chairs on my balcony as they looked dirty and weathered. The hotel is perfectly located close to the train station and all of the venues that most people visit. Plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Parma.

Staff was good. The room was very dusty especially in the closet and the hairdryer. The shelves inside the mirrored closet were dusty. The hairdryer filter was filled with dust that it wasn’t working until I removed the buildup from the filter then the hairdryer was working afterwards.

The rooms were nice but the bathroom needs updating. The air conditioning worked well but the bathroom could have been cleaner as there were some areas that clearly had mold in the shower. The staff were excellent and the included breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold items. The location was also very good, just a 10 min walk from the main city centre with lots of restaurants and shops. There is no hotel parking. You can park overnight on the street from 7:00pm until 8:30am, however finding a spot was a challenge. There is a paid parking lot nearby but would not fit a larger multi-person van
