Our stay was great until the end. We checked in late, but staff was very helpful. Slept well without issues. Fran made and served us delicious breakfast. However 30 mins before complementary check out time, the cleaning staff knocked and opened our door. It was very unprofessional as we were changing in the room. I don’t if staff needs to be re trained but you don’t open the door until guest have officially checked out. Need to work on this.

Expedia guest are VIP with free drinks to enjoy while you stay after 5pm at the bar. Staff gave great recommendations for lunch/dinner spots and beaches. Had a blast! Traveling with family
