The air conditioning wasnt great in the room, and it was warm. the breakfast was nice with a large selection, staff were friendly and rooms were clean.

Really pleased with our room and the hotel overall. Great value for the quality of stay on the dates we needed. Perfect night’s sleep in a large comfortable room and didn’t hear a sound from anyone nearby. Great!

Loved this hotel away from London City Centre. Close enough to the trains and a huge Westfield at Stratford. Everything you need! Enjoyed the coffee inside the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous too! Just only gripe was the “give me 10mins” that became 1 hour to get to my room! Don’t give me false hopes. Horrible front desk service. Needs huge improvement and clearly not quite your “Hilton” by any stature.
