The room was lovely and clean - great for a nights stay. staff were lovely and very helpful. air conditioning was a treat after a long walk! would definitely stay again!

My friends and I stayed at point A for a concert at the O2, and I’m very glad we booked here. The staff were lovely, the facilities and room was clean and comfy. The rooms are small but they are good and nil issues. The hotel is located within walking distance of Canary Wharf underground and near restaurants. I would definitely stay here again in future if needed.

Air conditioning worked very well which was great during a heatwave. TV did not have a Chromecast as advertised. Unless you're a heavy sleeper, ask for a room away from the entrance door as it bangs constantly and will keep you awake.
