The AC worked well. Getting into the property on the first day was difficult. No one was there to let us in and if I didn't have internet connection I was going to be unable to reach the owner for instructions and entry codes etc.

Instructions to obtain were not clear - no one answered the phone - WiFi very weak, Ac was on automatic not working the room was extremely hot- afterwards the cleaning person requested $10 euros cash for city fee , totally unaware of it. I don’t carry cash

I stayed at Amor BnB in Rome and really enjoyed the location for the Vatican City. It’s in a fantastic spot—just a 5-minute walk to Vatican City, with the metro right outside, which made getting around the city very easy and convenient. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and overall a nice place to stay. The only downside for this building was you had to call a number to be let into the building itself. Overall, a great base in Rome for sightseeing the Vatican City.

You have to make a phone call to get into front door/room. Theres a risk the staff might not answer your call and you just get stranded on the street without having access to your room. I arrived in the late evening before check in time which was until 12am and called the staff via both phone and whatsapp and they never responded to my call.
