Property is right next to Sorrento railway station, less than 10mins walk into the main part of town. The room was clean and well presented, with plenty of space for two people. Staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions. The breakfast catered for different tastes and was a handy option for the start of the day. Rooftop bar had a wonderful view as well.

It appears half this hotel is renovated and the other half isn’t.. we got a dark original room overlooking the train tracks🙁.. .. kinda disappointing after booking balcony room w view.. jacuzzi pools aren’t heated but I guess in July who wants a hot tub? Would have been nice to have at least the smaller jacuzzi on the level w the roof bar heated .. we had a cooler day. Couldn’t turn it on.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, unfortunately, but appreciated the welcome drink at the rooftop bar! Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options.

The location was incredible (5 minute walk from train station, 15 minute walk to the ferry port, 8 minute walk to the main tourist street). Room was clean, breakfast was decent, staff was helpful. There is an elevator and air conditioning. Seemed a little pricey for the hotel itself but the central location is part of what you’re paying for.

Very friendly staff, everywhere was clean. Breakfast buffet had the to-be-expected choices and was regularly replenished. Sorry, but the coffee from the machine was not good .... it would be a lovely touch to be offered fresh tea or coffee.
