Worst hotel we ever being. The self check in is in the middle of the « hall » so you hear every guest checking in and out. The bed was just a spring box. The balcony view was blocked by the construction. The worst was the lady that stayed there during the day. Most unprofessional and rude we ever encountered. No good morning and scream at us when looking at the breakfast. Apparently we didn’t had the breakfast included but she could have simply explained this to us. We were not touching the food. After that she completely ignore us during the rest of our stay. Even when we went to pick up our luggages. We could have leave with any others luggages. She couldn’t care less. The aera around is practical but the streets are dirty and lots of homeless people. We don’t recommend and will never go back to same hotel brand.

The mattress is old and hard and the shower is very tight and uncomfortable. There was construction so we couldn't use the balcony. The balcony also had bright lights outside you couldn't turn off and it was very bright at night. It was incredibly warm and we were not able to adjust the temperature unless we opened the door to the balcony (which was very loud with city noise).

Nice place. The only negative was figuring out how to get into the building. Thankfully, someone was coming out and let us in. We parked in a nearby garage and someone did serious damage to our car in there.

Kamangha-mangha Customer service was excellent! There was always someone to assist you when you call, regardless at what time you checked in. Also, the girls in the morning, especially the Venezuelan female employee, went above and beyond to assist us with an excellent breakfast! B&B Dimora are lucky to have such greatemployees! ! I will

The place was beautiful and the staff were helpful. The streets below are a little noisy over night but not enough to ruin our stay. Earplugs provided. Location was great, able to walk to the port and to most areas. Metro train station at the door.

WE were so glad we stayed here. It was conveniently located close to the train station and very walkable. The room was in excellent condition and the service was very good. We loved the charm of this unique boutique hotel.

We recently stayed. Overall the rooms were good - nice bedding, balconies over looking the avenue and good size. The challenge was check-in. If there is someone there it is probably straight forward but we had to check-in after hours and it was confusing with hard to understand instructions. I'd still recommend staying just try to get in when someone is available. The hotel was great on Whats App answering questions, arranging taxis, etc.

Nice clean rooms with balcony. Can be abit noisy with traffic but is expected in a city. Staff were all lovely and helpful, quick to respond to any enquiries.
Fabio, the driver was great, really good, made our stay easier. I never realised the B&B had a shuttle service prior to booking. I recommend this property and would stay again.
