I have nothing but nice things to say about my stay here. The staff were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get items I had missing mailed to me from a different hotel I had stayed in. Hotels was clean, a short walk to the Nagoya Station. Was easy to walk over and get around when needed. They will hold your luggage if you arrive early and if you aren't leaving till a later time after check out. Thank you so much for make our stay great!

The breakfast there is perfect, hotel seems very NEW and spacious, they have a smart TV, Netflix etc, laundry room has all in one washer/dryer machine, small smoking room but near everything!!! I will definitely stay here again! The staff is very professional and nice too!

Room were clean and comfortable to stay in. It is a bit small though. There are many restaurants nearby - Pepper lunch, yakiniku etc and Nagoya station is about 5 minutes walk away so it is very convenient. There was also a family right at the first level of the hotel, so need not to worry about amenities.
There is no free parking and the paid parking is quite expensive per night. There are many coin parking lots nearby, 5 minutes walk only, which is much cheaper option. I would advise you to use those coin parking if you drive.

Stayed for 3 nights, room was tidy on arrival.
The view from our floor was great
On our floor, rooms were getting refurbished and notes around about it.
