Staff was very helpful at this one and for some reason it seemed more upscale than the Osaka location and cleaner so I can recommend this one over that location. Clean room too, I did have a struggle along with a couple of other guests trying to get a unoccupied laundry machine.

5 mins walk from silver clock Nagoya station. If not raining just cross the road. Using the Esca underground mall Exit 2, need to climb stairs. Good range and quality amenities. Kombini within 3 mins walking distance. The ministip meet up point at BIC is just across the road. Good for those joining day tours.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, it offered great value for money, and I would gladly stay here again.
