I generally don’t leave poor reviews but our experience at this place was nothing short of horrid. First, we were offered a room that reeked of urine (pet friendly room). When I asked the staff to come to the room and inspect the smell he said it was the smell of the disinfectant that they use. It was not. It was a strong smell of urine. Then we were told that had we not brought a pet with us we would have been moved to a non-pet friendly room but otherwise they had only one other room available. The second room we were offered did not smell of urine (fortunately) but the cleanliness level was abysmal. The black out drapes were covered in what looked like streaks of snot or some other white bodily fluid. The floors were sticky. The hallway right outside of our door smelt strongly of sewage. It was too late in the night for us to seek an alternative accommodation so we made a decision to stay. We checked out first thing in the morning and couldn’t stomach the idea of staying for breakfast given the cleanliness level we observed. Additionally, staff had very poor customer service. They did not apologize for the poor accommodations provided and made us feel like we inconvenienced them asking for a bare minimum hospitality standards. We were fooled by many positive reviews and needles to say we would not be back.

Nice stay. Everything was clean and great.

All staff were friendly & helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean but dated. Bathroom doors needed replaced or sanded & painted. Chipped sink & bath. Parking was good. Unfortunately our room overlooked an open construction area. At approximately 7am a gravel truck emptied concrete slabs outside which was loud & closely followed by a large machine with a bucket dragging gravel. This actually seemed to shake our room. Wish we had known that ahead of time.

Everything jet our needs:) comfy beds too.

Breakfast was fine although nothing special, parking was easy, room was wonderful (king suite), and staff were all wonderful!

Excellent helpful staff. Comfy beds and great pillows. Huge rooms. Affordable laundry.
