Should there be no charges incurred during the stay, credit card pre-authorization will be canceled upon check-out, refund is then subject to issuing bank’s policy.

To confirm your transportation service request (with surcharge), please contact the property at least 48 hours before your arrival date, otherwise, request cannot be arranged.

Maximum occupancy must be strictly followed (surcharge strictly applies for extra guests): 3 adults for twin/double rooms and 5 adults for the Family room, Royal and Presidential Suites. Room rates on December 31, 2025 (New Year's Eve) and February 16 & 17,2026 (Chinese New Year) include a common buffet dinner good for a minimum of 4 persons only for Family Room, Royal Suite & Presidential Suite; and minimum 2 persons only for the other room types.

To guarantee your reservation/s passing December 31,2025 and February 16 & 17,2026 (Chinese New Year) , the extra person is also required to pay for the dinner. Kid rate and charge on December 31,2025 and February 16 & 17,2026 will be determined on-site depending on their height.

Note: Mandatory Dinner on December 31,2025 and February 16 & 17,2026 will still be charged even if guests cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons.
