clean rooms, helpful staff. directions to hotel from airport and back to airport were clear. even access to hotel after 8pm was clear. had no problem accessing bus or train from Kloten. will stay again if in Zurich. 24 hour access to coffee was a great plus. coffee was excellent and a nice comfy lobby area with furniture. they even have apples at the front desk. will stay here again if in zurich.

The hotel was extremely clean and very comfortable! Very close to the airport - We were only staying a night to sleep and get to the airport the next morning so this was more than perfect and such a great value for the cost. My husband and I would definitely choose this location again. I was very sad that I left one of my favorite new blouses in the room, however😢

Wasn't able to register via mobile as requested since I was arriving after reception closed. Luckily someone still there to provide a key. A bit of a walk to bus stop for early morning flight. Next time will just stay near hotel with train stop direct to airport.

We stayed at Hotel Welcome Inn Zurich Airport Kloten twice during our 2 week vacation in Switzerland. We landed and left from Zurich Airport and the hotel is fairly close. We found it conveniently located, close to a train station and bus stops for easy public transportation as well as shops & restaurants. The continental breakfast was fresh & delicious, the A/C was great (we were in Switzerland during a heat wave and some hotels didn't have A/C resulting in some uncomfortable sleeping). The room was clean and quiet, the bedding comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We recommend Hotel Welcome Inn Zurich Airport!
