V well located for Tenoji station - and access to Kansai Airport on the express train (Tenoji is the last stop). Tenoji has worthwhile attractions of its own - Art Museum, temples - and is a good way to get to Nara too. Hotel breakfast was good, mostly Japanese but I had no issues with that. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location - easy to get to by train and malls around the area. The staffs were helpful and friendly - they helped put our rooms close to each other. The rooms were clean and there were a lot of amenities offered. The only thing to keep in mind is that the scale in the lobby was off by 2kg. But other than that everything was great. Will book again!

The staff were very kind and helpful when it came to questions about luggage services. There wasn’t a microwave in our room so we would have to go to the lobby to use the microwave. One downfall was there was never plates out for us to use in the microwave. Everything was completely nice though. Location, staff and amenities were very useful.

Great location very close to the train/subway station. Don Quixote is directly attached to the hotel which is convenient for souvenir shopping. Breakfast was good but be aware it is more Japanese style than Western style.

The staff was always helpful and did their best to work with you. The view is amazing from the lobby and it’s in a prime location. Breakfast was also good and elegant! Would definitely stay again here!

Small rooms but expected for Japan. Clean, breakfast was good. Very convenient location in relation to Tennoji Station and the airport bus from Itami Airport.
