Nice platform to view the sunset. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful facility in a beautiful setting. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Overall, it was a wondeful experience!

The front desk staffs, cleaning crew, restaurant servers were all well-trained and Treating every guest nicely - warm welcomes, attentive care, and respectful goodbyes. We enjoyed our stay and will come back if we visit Alishan again.

Location was wonderful for hiking in the park. They have an observation deck for sunsets and arrange shuttles to take you up to the lookout point for sunrise. They also have a free shuttle from the bus/train station
