From 7th 07:00 to 11th 16:00 September 2026, the water area will be temporarily closed for annual maintenance work. Other facilities will remain operational as usual. 

The club will be closed for maintenance from 12:00 to 14:00 daily. Every first Wednesday of the month, the water area will be temporarily closed for maintenance. The monthly maintenance will be postponed to the next Wednesday if during a continuous holiday. For monthly maintenance schedule, please refer to the latest news announcement on the hotel official website. Other facilities will remain operational as usual.

If you book "Premier Duplex King Room", for safety's sake, please pay attention to climbing stairs by children and do not leave children alone on the second floor.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, pets are not allowed to enter the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, including rooms, balconies etc. If any trace of smoke or cigarette butts is found in the room or on the balcony upon check-out, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged. Additionally, if smoking causes any damage to the property, compensation will be required at full cost, in addition to the cleaning fee.
