Good size room, handy kitchen, and modern bathroom. Great views of Matterhorn. While all 75-80% of the shopping, the hotels are right of the station this hotel is to the left. So I felt this was quieter and suited our family of three perfectly. There was no disturbance from the nearby trains leaving the station . We were under five minutes from the station to get to Zermatt and the station to go up to Gornergrat. The sunnega station is a bit of a walk but a beautiful walk. Also 5 minutes from the best Italian place Santa Lucia Great breakfast options - out favorite the fresh juice option. Didn’t use the spa or indoor pool. While most hotels in Zermatt don’t have air conditioning, I was very pleased with the standing fan they provided. I would say this a family friendly hotel. They also made us feel special for our 10th anniversary .

Spacious and spotless room, great mountain views and excellent customer service from reception to dining staff and cleaning crew. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

Stayed here as part of a longer trip. This is a great hotel with an outstanding staff. It is close to the train station. We were able to transport our luggage from the train station to the hotel without issue. The breakfast was outstanding. The last day we left early and were unable to partake in the breakfast so the staff made us sandwiches to take with. I would definitely stay here again.

My recent stay at Naco Aparthotel by Arca was average, with some highs and lows. The room itself was very good—modern, clean, and spacious, with a stylish design and a cozy balcony offering great views of Zermatt’s mountains. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful, which made the experience more pleasant. However, there were notable downsides. Construction noise started at 7 AM every day, which was disruptive, especially since the lack of AC (common in Zermatt hotels) meant we had to keep windows open during warmer weather. This amplified the noise, making it hard to relax. The sink in our room also had an unpleasant gutter smell, which was off-putting. The spa facilities were decent but underwhelming. The sauna and hot tub weren’t hot enough for my liking, though the deep tissue massage by Linda was a standout—absolutely fantastic and a highlight of the stay. I was also disappointed that, unlike many other hotels in Zermatt, there was no shuttle service to the train station or main areas, which would’ve been convenient with luggage or for quick trips into town. Overall, the aparthotel has potential with its great rooms and staff, but the construction noise, lack of AC, and minor maintenance issues impacted our stay. I’d consider returning if these were addressed, especially for the price.

It a great place to stay. Looks really modern and newly renovated. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Breakfast is great also.

I usually find faults in hotels but this hotel has tremendous value and is clean. We enjoyed the indoor saltwater pool and the convenience from the train station. Breakfast had solid mix of western comforts and more traditional local fare. Enjoyed so much we actually extended the stay by a day.

What an amazing place to stay In Zermatt, away from the noise but still very close to everything and the train station. Large rooms with all amenities and very clean and comfortable. Made our stay memorable
